A busy Week 6 is behind us as the Major League Soccer season eases out of its early stages now and conference tables start to take shape.

This week saw the first midweek match of the season on Wednesday night as the Vancouver Whitecaps drew 2-2 with Columbus Crew. The Whitecaps then lost 1-0 at San Jose Earthquakes on Saturday night but stay atop the Power Rankings for now.

FC Dallas fall down two places from last week’s rankings into fourth place after suffering a shock 4-0 defeat at the hands of the Colorado Rapids, who netted their first four goals of the season.

They climbed a place in this week’s Power Rankings but Montreal Impact fall to the bottom of the pile after suffering a 3-0 loss at the hands of the Houston Dynamo, and despite their CONCACAF Champions League success, they have yet win an MLS game this year.

Toronto FC weren’t in action again this week but they are now second from bottom as they haven’t won since the opening day victory at Vancouver.

At the top end, New York Red Bulls and DC United moved up to second and third spot respectively after drawing 2-2 at RFK Stadium on Saturday night.

Here are how the MLSGB Power Rankings look after Week 6’s action:
