Match Odds: Colchester United 7/1 – Draw 4/1 – Tottenham Hotspur 4/11
Colchester United welcome Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur to the Community Stadium in the fourth round of the FA Cup in Saturday’s early kickoff.
Colchester knocked out London opposition in the third round, with a 2-1 win over Charlton Athletic helping them to progress to this stage and they’ll be dreaming of another win in what is a huge game for the League One side.

Their league form will see Spurs’ licking their lips, as Colchester have failed to win in League One in their last 14 attempts. They sit bottom of the table and are really struggling.
Tottenham on the other hand, have lost only twice in the same amount of games (14) in all competitions. They sit fourth in the top flight and look dangerous every time they take to the field.
An upset is not out of the question however, as Mauricio Pochettino is expected to rest first team regulars such as Harry Kane, Dele Alli and Hugo Lloris.Embed from Getty Images
The prospect of a decent cup run may be too much to turn down for the Lillywhites, so we still expect a relatively strong squad to play with a safe passage through to the next round widely expected.
Colchester United’s last five: D/W/L/D/L
Tottenham Hotspur’s last five: D/L/W/W/W
Key Stat: This will be the first meeting between the two sides competitively.
Key Player: Heung-Min Son – The Korean forward had made his mark in North London, having already fired Spurs into the fourth round with his fine display at Leicester in the third round replay. We expect more of the same from the attacker here.Embed from Getty Images
Colchester United 0-3 Tottenham Hotspur – Colchester are enduring a tough season and are stuck at the bottom of the League One table. Spurs, by stark contrast, are flying and look to be in a really promising position. They have a big squad and should have no difficulty in beating Colchester this weekend.
